SOME ASPECTS OF EDUCATIONAL PROJECT ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PUBLIC COWORKING SPACE ON THE TERRITORY OF THE UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

The article discusses the main current trends in development of modern university campuses and their interaction with existing features urban infrastructure. A design solution for a local object accessible public space on BSTU campus is proposed. It able to provide conditions both learning social interactions, attracting involving not only students staff, but also potential applicants, as well residents nearby areas city. symbiosis these processes leads an increase image university, and, result, formation new center attraction. Some tools implementation team activities undergraduates department “Architectural structures” within framework discipline “Project-based learning” are presented. business model has been built reflecting connections between market participants idea, possible prospects based cooperation partners. external appearance dictated by surrounding architectural environment described. Clear rectangular shapes repeat pilasters buildings named after V.G. Shukhov. Symbolic Latin letters “BSTU” (Belgorod State Technological University) have created art object, performing enclosing function, creating additional seating.
